Shamanic journeying + free mp3

I learned about shamanic journeying at a pagan festival back in 2004...have any of you tried it?

Instead of trying to explain it, I'll just say you can sometimes achieve OBE by listening to shamanic drumming. Here is a link to a nice description of shamanism:

Here is an explanation of shamanic journeying. Please be aware that the terminology and concepts vary from the concepts that we use here on the 'Pulse, but the basic principles are the same (and Shamanism in one form or another goes back 25,000 years).

At the pagan festival I went to, someone played the drums while my friend, a bunch of other people, and I lied down. Some people had OBEs right on the spot!

I've been working on core shamanism for a few months and have just recently been able to do some significant journeying.  I use some drumming cd's that are pretty good.  Thanks for the mp3 link.  I'll give it a try.
