Ok, So I'm looking for a good book on atral projection and found some on amazon, the one that caught my eyes ways

Successful Astral Projection to the Space and Universe by Sapphire

The reviews indicate it being a very good book with some good methods but I learned that amazon reviews can be ruined and doctored by the authors groups themselves. Also it seems the author believes he is a god...not sure about that one.

Anyone had experience with this book or know another good one? (looking for technique and method more than stories on the topic)

Ya, I thought about buying this book, but from the reviews I've read, I think Saphire is a fraud.

I wouldn't waste my money on this book.

I thought Bruce's Mastering Astral Projection was good.  More practical compared to Astral Dynamics.   It also comes with a CD which helped.

I'd go with Journeys Out of the Body by Robert A. Monroe.  You can always get your tecniques online I find.  Journeys out of body really draws you in and I found it to be really fascinating especially when you find yourself relating to things. :)

I recommend this too. It's really good and easy to read.

I liked all the books (except the Sapphire book-haven't read it) for different reasons.  All the Monroe books were extremely interesting, the Buhlman book was very inspiring, Astral Dynamics was chock-full of interesting information, but for How-tos I recommend either Mastering Astral Projection or Leaving the Body by Scott Rogo.  These two are more 'how-to'.  Or like I did, get all of them and have a good time.

I have a library of 100's of books on ESP and OBE's.  I wouldn't trust Sapphire's book.  get anything by

Robert Monroe (get his 1st book)
Robert Bruce
Robert Peterson
William Buhlman

These are all generally trusted authors these days.

Has Sapphire published his first book in its entirety for free gratis on the internet?  Doubt it!  That's exactly what Bob Peterson has done for the past 10 years. Now you can't doubt his sincerity can you? Here it is:

Real fans might try to get hold of an old classic "Astral Projection" by Oliver Fox.  I wonder how many board members heard of it?  Was written back in about 1920 I think. It covers an exit technique called the The Pineal Doorway which may be useful.

Hmm what is it about the name "Bob"???!!!!
