Hello, I've been browsing on here for quite awhile and have been making myself at home. Only now did I decide to create an account on here! I've been into astral projection for about five years now. I've actually never had an OBE where you lay down and wait for it but I've had quite alot when half asleep and especially when I was having major sleep paralysis problems. I'd go into detail but since this is just the introductory thread, I'll explain in the other threads. I guess I also haven't done one conciously yet because when I first ever tried, I scared myself D: But I believe now I am ready to try it. So anyway, hey there!
