wierd feeling

sometimes when i wake up in the middle of the night, i have this really wierd feeling like my mind is half out of my head ,and my body feels light even as i sit up and walk... i wasnt astral projecting but it was kinda freaky.. have anyone felt this way before?

yes, and I cant keep my eyes from wandering around and it is difficult to stand still, kinda feels like I'm drunk  but it usually fades in a minute
