Explaination for astrology

Is astrology real? well thousand of years ago the first astrologist started associating people's behaviors to the arrangement of the stars in the sky on the day they were born.

they found out that there was a real relation between them, they named them zodiac names such as leo, and cancer to name a few.

I going to explain how astrology is real.  we all agree that the planets revolve around the sun and that they both all pulling on each other by gravity.
so the planets are pulling the sun, and the sun is pulling the planets.

we also know that sun emits stuff that hits the earth, this is call solarwind.

this solar wind collides with earth and this is called Aurora Borealis

ok now you may ask where I'm going,
the earth, and the sun both have electromagnetic fields

well we also know that the electromagnetic fields effect each other.

ok quick review,  the planets pull on the sun which effect the solar wind, and the type solar wind depends on the position of the planets around the sun.
these winds hit the earth and change it's electromagnetic field. understand that,  Good!

now what does that have to do with us?
hell of a lot.

we also have E.M. fields around our bodies.
explanation: DNA is a double helix,

doesn't that look just like a wire that can make em field around it?

it's has been proven that DNA is looped instead of stranded.  DNA has a current running through it also, this means that every cell in your body has an em field and those fields together make your bodies em field.

now remember how E.M. field can a effect and change each other?
well while you were being developed in the womb of your mom, your DNA was being altered by the earth's em field, and the earth's em field was altered by the solar wind, which is altered by the position of the planets around sun.

hence, astrology is really how the position of the planets effect your DNA.

I really like how you explained this.

I agree that planets have a little bit of influence on us. But that's nothing compared to other factors such as:
- did your mother conceive you in autumn or in spring? (temperature has a influence on the sex of a child)
- what did your mother eat when she was pregnant?
- how did she feel? what did she think?
- and most important: what's her and your father's DNA?
And after that: where were you brought up? By whom? Etc...

Now, imagine the sun as a soccer ball, then:
- Earth would be a size of a head of a pin, distant 30 metres from the sun,
- Jupiter would be far away for something like 160 metres (and probably not bigger than a table tennis ball)
- Neptune's distance frome the sun would be nearly one kilometre.

Electromagnetic fields are strong when you're near them, but since planets are extremely small, and they are extremely distant, I don't think they influence us very much.

I'd risk saying that a long time ago, when people didn't know science that much, they searched for a way to explain things in a way they'd understand it. But a lot has changed since then...
It's better to start research without holding on to astrology, rather than giving it a doubtful scientific explanation.

That's my point of view.  :-)

LOL  :-D :-D :-D Thank you, that was a good one!

Really, the wire creates E-M field only inside the coil, outside there is a null field. Moreover, a current is induced in a coil only if the mag field inside the coil is alternating.

Plus, the dna strand doesn't bisect our bodies to create the polar description shown above.  It's in all our cells.
However, I will say the appeal with astrology is that it represents the idea that the macrocosm is equal to the microcosm, so that the representation of the universal correspondences are supposed to be the same as in the individual person that is born in the specific time and in the specific space- much like a hologram.
Without putting belief into the equation, I find this very interesting.

There is another way to look at astrology, that is not as 'mystical', and that it signifies a way to use statistics to predict trends- Imagine that for a long time, and a long time ago, the ancients found that some attributes happened more during certain times of the year, and at certain decades, and came up with a system to point to the statistical effects by tagging them with a 'surefire' way to identify the times of the year that these things happened more?
And tagged them with planetary conjunctions, not because they believed that the conjunctions themselves caused the patterns, but because they indicated 'in plain view' when they happened?
This would explain (at least in my head) why constellations really don't look like what they're supposed to represent- but what they represent has archetypal value.

Anyway, these are my musings.

earth's electromagnetic field is what tells birds where to migrate during weather changes.  Do you think they are just good with directions and they remember which way to go?  No, they follow the electromagnetic fields to figure out which way to go.

If you get an electromagnetic device that emits electromagnetic waves... the animals near it will go ballistic, but the people won't hear a thing.  Also proof that animals react to electromagnetic waves.  It is also what warns them when a major natural disaster is near such as an earthquake, thunderstorm, or tornado.

Maybe people's bodies are sensitive to electromagnetic waves as well... only we are not conscious of this fact.  The fact that we don't realize yet what is happening, doesn't mean it isn't happening.

Also, I'm taking homeopathic dietary supplements right now which effect my energy fields around my body due to the etherium gold mineral content.  This site explains more about my vitamins... http://www.energeticnutrition.com/hi/gold.html.  After taking it, I feel a lot different, so I know electromagnetism does in fact make a difference on humans..

Now as far as planets goes.  They are soo far away, and it's hard to see how they can affect us.  But if you think about it... what would happen if one of the planets in the solar system ceased to exist????  It would throw all the other planets off orbit, and we would freeze to death, or burn to death.  So even though they seem unimportant, they make a great deal of difference in the scheme of existence, and it is very possible that they have an effect along with other things (like dna of our parents  :-P) as to what we turn out like...

It is well known that our bodies are sensitive to emf as well.  There have been enough studies that show that there is behavioral change related to exposure to some emf frequencies, and disease processes that are related to emf exposure as well.
My point is that the fact that Leo was up there when I was born is to me not necessarily directly responsible for my personality, but the underlying forces that caused me to be the way I am (including upbringing and genetics) can be marked for posterity by pointing out that Leo was up in the sky when I was born.
Confusing?
