Are you sure you're in mind awake/body asleep? Normally itching and wild-mind happen as you begin to enter trance, before MA/BA, and indicates that you're not relaxed enough. For me MA/BA (F10) is a comfortable, relaxing state, either to begin an AP, reflect on things, or just relax in it and experience it for what it is.

If you're sure you're at MA/BA and still have these problems, maybe do some concentration exercises for a while to help keep your mind focused during your AP attempts.

One last suggestion: If self-hypnosis has become your dominant method, try a different one. The hypnosis may have less effect on your subconscious over a period of continuous use.

How is that possible? How does your subconscious become "immune" to self-hypnosis?And if i am "immune" can i make self-hypnosis work for me again if i take a break from it for awhile?

I don't think it's my level of concentration. It's more like my level of relaxtion.Do you think deep breathing would help?Because when ever i do deep breathing i feel really relaxed but i get lightheaded. Is that a good thing? :|

Your best bet is to try your ABSOLUTE best to ignore it, honestly the sex drive thing sounds like your energy isn't grounding properly somewhere.

Try working in bouts, e.g. meditate and ground, hypnosis, meditate and ground, hypnosis, until it works. Good luck!
