For the past few weeks my bed has been shaking every night. The past few days I've woken up three times a night. My bed will start shaking and I'll wake up and my heart will be racing. A few weeks ago when I was trying to fall asleep, I heard someone whisper my name.  I've heard someone whisper my name once before when I was awake. I was just wondering if there's any way I can stop this from happening every night.

Assuming that your bed is not really shaking and you only feel that way, it could mean two things - you are getting pre-exit symptoms (vibes, they do feel like that and racing heart could be the energy center in heart area), or that there is a real medical trouble with your heart (racing heart while resting is not a good sign).
So once you get yourself checked by a good doc, please come back for more help.

For voices during hypnagogic stage (just before falling asleep), these are normal and happens to everyone almost everynight. Nothing to worry at all.

I agree you're probably experiencing pre-exit symptoms as said above. I've had all that happen to me and it's very scary at first.

You asked how you could stop it from happening. This is my little secret. Easy way is to buy some Dragon's Blood incense. Burn it before you go to sleep. It should lower the vibrations of everything in the room for some time.

If that doesn't work then try to go along with it, just tell yourself you're going to die and accept it... seriously. Works for me at least.

Thank you Psan and Steel Hawk. :-) My heart is racing because I'm scared. I'll have to try some of that incense. Why am I experiencing pre-exit symptoms? My friends and family never feel their bed shake.
