Just tried to project

Well last night I tried to project for the first time, but had to stop because I had a headache I did get vibrations though and the thing I noticed was my eyes were moving rapidly side to side. Does anyone know why? Ive actually had those vibrations happen to me before. I didnt even know what obe and astral projection was at the time.

When I was trying to project where would I go the astral plane or right out of my body?

Should I even attempt an obe when I have a headache?

Oh I was listening to Boxed Nirvana when I was trying.

One condition for obe-ing (for us newbies) is one should be able to forget the body.
Any kind of pain or such would be prohibitive.
