After downloading this;

I was a half hour in and and started feeling strange, like I could control my Astral hands.
Should I do that "shape" (draw a square at a certain size on a certain size of paper) exercise that was described in the book "Astral Projection For Beginners" and see if I can project with that?

Who else here has used the MP3?

maybe, I recently checked out the book called. "Anyone can see the light" Which was good, but didn't help at all. Anyways, erm..What exactly was what you downloaded?

My best advice, LAY down while you listen to it.

Also, be sure to listen to it with headphones on.

i used boxed nirvana before but did not have any results. Although all of my OBE's occur when I wake up usually and not when trying to meditate or listening to these tapes before sleep.

Sadly I don't have any MP3, nor can I plug in headphones, into my computer!

could you download the mp3 and then burn it to a cd and then play it in a personal cd player?
