I can't plug in headphones, or put these on a MP# player, so Sadly they won't work..Is there other methods, for boxed nirvana? :? :?

your PC does not have sound card? If it does, try plugging the phones directly into your card, the souncards are usually made with enough power on the line output to drive phones. Just a little reminder, don't forget to turn the volume down in windows otherwise you might get shocked by the volume :-D

BTW why cannot you put it on your digital player, it does not have enough memory or what? In this case, down-converting the mp3 to something like 96kbps shouldn't harm it much as I believe the Boxed Nirvana does not have too much high frequencies in it.

On the note of this, I found weird encoding artifacts in the original Boxed nirvana mp3. Most of the bandwdth is cut off @13kHz and there are just ocassional "bursts" to 16kHz. According to this find, converting the mp3 to much lower bitrate (80-96kbs) could possibly improve the quality by filtering out these high frequency bursts or "ringings"...

Don't know if this helps, but there might be a headphone "jack" plug-in ON the speakers.
Use 'C Up' for a boost!
