Identifing Vibrations

Lately everynight i've been unwinding meditating and listening to the salvia dragon mp3. Anyways so just like 20 mins ago I was listening and all of a sudden i tought some small creature was humping my lower leg, (it felt like it was moving) and im wondering if these were the astral vibrations? Also i keep getting this weird feeling as if someone was shaking my mind, when im meditating are these the vibrations?

That may be it, or perhaps an entity is giving you a little help. The way I view astral projection, I think everyone gets some help from spiritual forces.
