Once again.

Hey!
How are you people?

It has been long time since i have been here last time, but now i seriously need to share this with you guys.

So, it happened yesterday. I was laying on my bed trying to get some sleep. I felt so tired it was almost impossible to stay awake. I was thinking myself that this will be a nice situation to try to make an OOBE occur. I layed there my eyes closed and trying to get my body asleep. The technique i used this time was the one to keep your brains awake with saying in my mind "i saw that" always when i saw a color or something eyes closed. I continued this to the point i felt some tingling in my legs. It lasted like 2mins and then i suddenly felt like i had been attached to a powerline and the electricity rushed through my whole body. It was not a bad feeling, i can describe it more passionate state ^^ .

Minutes passed by and i knew its now time to try to "roll out" . The rolling technique hasnt yielded any results for me so i always try something special, something what people havent used. This time i was thinking myself swimming. While swimming i concentrated my mind to the little white rock at the bottom of the lake. I plunged to the stone and grabbed it to my hand, turned around under the water and kicked myself up from the ground.

It worked and i felt tension on my abdomen area, when rushing to the sky.

I opened my eyes after i felt like my speed was decreasing. It was all black in there and after a while i got my vision back. I was standing in middle of the room, i looked around and all what i saw was a door on the right side of my view and all the stuff i saw were bizarre things to me. Nothing familiar i can tell of, but afterall i felt like it all belonged to me. I got a warm feeling, like i was standing near a fireplace.

I tried to keep myself concentrated to this and told myself to try to move my leg a bit. It worked and i took a step forward, though it felt like i was hoovering in the air.

I told myself to move towards the door and i started moving, like i was been sucked through it. No way i was able to stop this movement. Behind the door was a massive room, only one big lamp standing in the middle of it and lightening it up. In the room was such a big heat i thought im going to melt down. I paniced a bit(yes, i have done this many times, but this was first time in a long time i got feared of something) as it was so "real" feeling. Maybe this got me pulled back to my body and i woke up in my bed, sleep paralyzed.
