Someone did energy work on me while deeply relaxed

Hi guys

early this morning, around 1.30am, I started energy exercises determined to project. This time I asked my helper / spirit guide to help me do it.  When I was in deep relaxation, I started feeling something like energy massage at my feet.  I was 100% sure this was not hallucination caused by hypnagogic state and knew that this was my spirit guide working on me.  It was like nothing I've ever felt before - but the idea was not new because only a few days ago I had read in William Buhlman's book how he felt waves of energy throughout his body, and that he felt two pairs of hands on him.

I controlled any fear or surprise and allowed my guide to do his/her work! The massage continued all the way to my shoulders when I felt my right shoulder being pulled backwards as if it was elastic. That was a bit startling. Then I distinctly felt hands under my head.  I asked, now how do I leave my body.  And the answer was - just get up.  But I couldn't - obviously I am missing a trick and I don't know what it is.  I woke up a few minutes later, feeling very strange.  Maybe this was some kind of energy alignment or maintenance work  to get me ready for projections. In general it was a pleasant experience and I hope it will help me project soon!

If you didn't know, you could always ask for help for projections - and then completely relax and surrender to your guide with full trust.  As the saying goes; ask and ye shall receive!

That's intriguing, I can't say that I've had an experience where I've felt a guide directly, although I would very much like to have that kind of energy work done on me. I too have had some energetic realignments, and it feels very good. I think they've helped open me up to more projections, so if you keep it up maybe you'll start projecting more often now.

Yes, a few days on now, I'm still thinking about it and appreciating it even more.  I've had proof that someone is ready to help me should I need it.  I feel very much looked after.     It would be nice to have a repeat!
