Exit methods not working

I have been trying for several months to have a obe and I still haven't got out of body yet. I have experienced intense vibrations on numerous occasions, and I have tried various exit methods while in the vibrational state, though none have worked.

If you have experienced this and overcome it, please help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Adam,
vibrations can be very intense. Let them wash over you and subside. Once they are gone, do a reality check! Pinch your nose shut and see  if you can can still breathe. If you can still breathe through your  closed nose, you are where you want to be! Try it....
