Different Astral Planes

Hi all-I'm new here! I'm enjoying reading everyone's posts.. even though I can talk to a few people about my astral experiences (and they believe me), they've never had one and so it's nice to read about other people's similar experiences.
I had a comment about planes, or dimensions. I've been traveling to different planes lately and wanted to see who else has gone there and what their experience has been. I started OBE's 2 years ago and went through what seems to be the normal progression of the bedroom, to outside, to different cities, even to space. Out of nowhere once I started going to a different plane than I ever had before. I'll call it the "crossroads" because I looked up a website about it and that's what they called it. I zoom out backwards (instead of ripping out the front of my body) and then I look up and see what I can only describe as a massive step egyptian pyramid type structure- it has lights on the different levels.. and I fly up to the top level and touch down. A "reception" area is there, with different astrals and spirit guides. At first, I thought these were my guardian angels, but then I figured they were probably spirit guides. Sometimes it's busy and there's a bunch of them there helping other astrals. Sometimes I'm the only one there. They ask if they can help me and I launch into my questions.. normally they're basic everyday "what should I do about so and so" questions, and they tell me an answer. But lately I've been trying to ask more life related questions, and I can't seem to get there anymore. It's like they don't want me to ask questions about the universe I shouldn't know. Anyways, last night I tried to go to the crossroads and I ended up rushing/zooming up to a very high level. I was lost looking for the crossroads and I didn't know where I ended up. There were only 2 other people there walking by, and the whole place seemed surrounded by clouds, but very dim and dreary looking. I asked the people if they knew where the crossroads was and they told me yes, but down a few levels. I wonder where I went.. anyone been to either place? Thanks for any thoughts!
