SquanderPants

Hello everyone!

I'm still trying (unsuccessfully) to project and was just looking for a few pointers from people. I'm fairly comfortable relaxing, letting my body feel numb, and getting to the stage where i can see my bedroom through closed eyes. At this point my mind suddenly feels very awake (instead of sleepy and groggy), and my body nice and numb (though not paralyzed i.e i can move if I wanted to), but then what? What are my logical next steps? Wait and observe? Try to "roll out"?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mattoid

When i've 'rolled out' i felt an extreme sense of vertigo and thought i'd actually just fallen out of my bed despite only feeling a minor numb bouncing sensation, whenever you feel like you're about ready to 'roll' out wait a little longer, gather your thoughts and remain calm, and then imagine yourself simply rolling out. Don't assume it's something difficult otherwise this'll stress your mind and you'll be most likely returned to a coscious orientated mind-state eliminating the point of the mental and physical relaxation.

You'll roll out when you're ready, tell yourself this and do nothing more than imagine the rolling when you start feeling ready. Instruct your subconscious!
