Yeah, I still haven't tried listening to the whole video, but somewhere along the 4-minute mark, I started feeling odd and I heard something like howling...I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the recording.

Anyone tried this yet?

I need to try it. And yes there is no howling sound in the recording. The howling might have been a pre-projection sign! Try and exit technique when you keep getting pre-projecting signs and ur body feels numb and heavy. Just focus on the sound. There are many sounds you may hear before astral projecting like a buzz, a ring, a bell, and many other things! When I tried to project from a lucid dream I heard a rumbling sound. Like an avalanche.

I tried it to see the feelings I got but to not go through with the complete obe. I felt a tugging as if the separation was soon but I ended up stopping after that. Next time I have some time I will try it to go completely through with the obe and let you know how it works.

I tried it yesterday for my first time. The first time I tried it my body felt heavy and numb and my brain felt big. Then I heard someone walking so I woke up at around 5:00 into the video. The second time I played the whole sound and just got heavy and even tried exit techniques but nothing. The video should be longer. when the video ends next time i'll just try to relax my body even more.

It is supposed to be binaural audio but was uploaded in mono in the first place so it cannot do anything besides placebo, or simply you getting sleepy by listening to a long continuous beep...
