Hey, I just listened to my first binaural beat song and was in a VERY deep state of meditation. And suddenly my body got tingly and numb, its hard to explain really..do binaural beats help enter the astral plane? Also once you enter the astral plane, are you still on earth? or can you imagine any place in any universe to go to before entering the astral plane and arrive there? And one more thing lol, can you think of a time and place and arrive there regardless of the time period?

No by themself they soley dont - they serve to put you in an altered awareness state one which is conducive to brainwave patterns suited to AP.

Also once you enter the astral plane, are you still on earth?.
Your physical body yes is.Astral is a PLANE -- dimension ,an area of higher frequency , earth and the physically palpable areas where your conciousness resides within your phsyical body , once your awareness is shift from a physical area to a dimension/plane youre there in "Spirit" not in corporeal form.
Closet answer would be to say youre in the etheric plane RTZ.

Universe phsyically ,which ever part in the real time zone = etheric
Astral Plane = another dimension within itself.

Yes -- if by that you mean you wish to astral to a specific location regardless of time constraint.

Sweet, I can meditate and relax without the musical binaural beats but they help me focus alot on what I want to do when I enter the astral plane. Also do I need to be falling asleep to do this or just tired? and can anyone see you in that plane? would it be like watching people live while being invisible?
