Here I post my most recent OBE, which occured just 2 nights ago. It is titled

"Dream >>> Lucid Dream >>> OBE"

   Dream. This began as a dream where I walked around in an unfamiliar area of Pittsburgh while listening to a baseball game on radio. The Pittsburgh Pirates played the NY Mets. Bob Prince was the announcer. Bob Prince died many years ago and this fact must have registered on my consciousness because a short time later I became lucid.
   Lucid dream. After a short flight I flew into a shopping mall. Once inside the mall I noticed a vertical shaft in the ceiling. I floated up into this shaft and continued up until it ended. I was trying to get outside of the building/mall. There were other vertical shafts nearby. Finally I floated up a shaft then had to climb up by hand to the top and slowly heaved myself out through an opening. Once outside, near a city street, I realized that this had become an OBE.
   OBE # 82 "Dream >>> Lucid Dream >>> OBE"
   I was sprawled on a sidewalk along a city street somewhere. Was this a physical world location? or a BST? or somewhere else? I don't know. Across the street a large building took up the area of an entire block. I soon realized that this was a school. Several workers (maintenance people) were busy going about their jobs.
   For a minute I wondered whether or not I should go into this school. Did I arrive there for a special reason? or was it just random chance? Then a strange thing happened. Another person crawled out of the opening of the vertical shaft (it appeared as a manhole cover over an underground maintenance shaft). It was a young woman, probably in her mid twenties, very attractive, dark hair and dark eyes. She was not familiar. We spoke briefly. It was obvious that we were going to share this experience together. We were both tired (?) yet we both felt a kind of langorous subtle sensuality that was nearly euphoric. Alas, before we could go anywhere or do anything this abruptly ended.
   Notes. This OBE occured late at night between 3:30 and 5:00 AM. The dream lasted more than 20 minutes (the lucid part of the dream was about 10 minutes). The OBE was relatively short as its duration was less than 5 minutes. Probably lay on my right side.
OBE # 82 Locale was either I or a BST. No familiar Location(s). No Familiar Person(s) (only in the dream). There were Other Persons -- a Discarnate (the girl) and Physical Persons ?? (the people at the school). Affirmations. Dream>>LD>>OBE. Emotional. Energy (pranayama). Meditation**. Travel-teleport.
**Important Note. I practiced the Rope/Ladder technique earlier that night. I visualized climbing up a rope ladder ( 2 ropes joined by hand/foot rungs) for about 5 minutes before going to sleep.  The similarity between the Rope technique and the floating up/climbing up and out of the vertical shaft opening into the OBE is unmistakable and obvious. During the lucid dream the conscious thought of going out of body never occured. Yet the subconscious desire was Definately there and this eventually led to the OBE.
