Morphic Resonance.....

I'm searching for those who know or even have an understanding of morphic resonance or "morphic fields".
I've done some research on this topic online and would like to have a more in depth discussion on it.  I also read that it can be used to bring back a lover.  Any info on this would be much appreciated.

I have no idea about bringing back a lover. Seems possible.  Rupert Sheldrake is the guy who coined the terms.  He has several books out
"the sense of being stared at" is a good one to start.

The persistence of a morphic field so that a form may be repeated if given the right physical information (genetics) is about increasing the chances a mutation/shape to happen.  In other words, if the genetic information gene A="on" gene A="off" can produce three kinds of mutations (violet eyes, cross eyes, or brown eyes, for example) the existence of the morphogenetic field for either of those will make such genetic information result in any of those mutations.
I cannot imagine how 'bringing back someone'  would have anything to do with this, since it's just a matter of a preexisting form causing an imprint in the morphic field, so that the physical world is now able to repeat it given the right physical conditions.

  Well ,that's not the entirety of morphic fields. While morhpic fields are thought to be the "blueprint" or "mold" of physical probabilities, morphic resonance can also cause some rather weird or "psychic" phenomena.

   In Sheldrakes book he studies Dogs who are aware of when their owner  decided to leave work and head home. Removing scheduling and changing the times that the owner leaves work, or "decides" to head home, the dog still knows.

   Another study (mostly anecdotal) refers to moments that war widows "knew" that thier husband has died, well before they are informed of this tragedy by officials. 

  Other references include mind-reading parrots, studies on mobile homing-pigeon roosts, and of course the sense of being stared at (studied using close caption cameras across the country).  Amputee's where even asked to "touch" test subjects with their phantom limbs. Eventually test subjects (I suppose through a yet misunderstood aspect of self-programmed bio-feedback***) were able to "feel" being touched by this phantom limb.

  **** the energy sensations one experiences through meditation and NEW in particular, seem to me to be a part of a greater bio-feedback system that has been latent and dormant in humans for some time. Every time I'm doing these energy manipulations, I can't help but feel like I'm "learning" how to raise these energies more effectively.

Sure, but I was answering the question as I understood it, which read (to me) like a biological question, about morphogenetic fields.

Since the science of morphic resonance emerged from studies in biology, I assumed that was the scope of the question.  The existence of fields as templates has a wider scope of course, but now we're getting into metaphysics.
