I've being trying APing for a few years now, off and on. I've tryed projecting throught lucid dreaming, as I find it hard to quiet my mind, or try to induce a trance state. I projected through a lucid dream "I think" last night and ended up in a dark, gloomy, depressing version of where I live, just blacks and whites. (This has happened 5 times now). Not a nice place, I didn't feel any vibrations or sounds.
Is this the lower planes? and if so, how can I increase my vibrations? I'm really fed up of ending up in this place.  :x I was attack in one projection, (if it was that, I hope it was just a vivid lucid dream).
Thanks for reading.

Could be the Etheric/RTZ or the Lower Astral- There could be a lot of reasons why you keep ending there- I recommend you do some energy work and introspective work on yourself and see where that gets you.

From my experience it is unlikely you will experience vibrations when projecting through the LD.

As to where you are going i do not know but it is interesting that you have found yourself there 5 times. Whether in an OBE or LD if it happened again it would be worth exploring why you are where you are when you are there..

I agree...

Damn it, it happened again. I became lucid in a dream and did the "looking at 1 point" thing in it, so I could roll out of my body, which I did.
And yet again everything in the room was blacks, whites and greys. I did notice on my left wall that there was many pictures and paintings stack ontop of each other, in rows and colums. One of the pictures was of a sail ship. I tryed the "Clarity Now!" expresion which still didn't help
Why do I keep ending up here? Is it possible to stimulate Chakras in lucid dreaming, and how do I do it?

I did the again later and still ended up in this dark sort of etheric plane.

P.S. Sorry for any spelling mistakes.

Are you sure you aren't part Dog?  :-)

I don't know, but are you projecting in the day or @night? I've heard when projecting in the day, the environment is likely to be brighter..

I have felt energetic stimulation in major energy centres while i am Dreaming but have never thought to do it deliberately... It has happened to me within the dream due to what is going on in the dream... From what i have experienced I can't see why they cannot be stimulated deliberately from within a dream... though not sure how... i suppose do what you do in waking life but refer the sensations/awareness etc to your dream body....  Sometimes this chakra stimulation while dreaming has caused me to think i am awake and not dreaming when in certain fact, i was dreaming...

I was going to say that if you project during the night or very early morning things will appear dark that way.  So it seems to me you're projecting into the RTZ.
And just for the record, even though I don't get vibrations any more when I consciously project, when I do out of a lucid dream I do get vibrations.  Also on reentry.

I did do it at night and early in the morning. I thought that you would still see colours in RTZ? I would also say that I felt no vibration on leaving or rentering my body.
I did do it once, and did the "think of body" thing, to get back into my body which didn't work and scared the crap out of me. I had to lean over my body in bed and look at it, which also didn't work, which made me even more worried. So I had to postion my astral into my physical and think of remerging which eventuray did work. (To my relief).
I did see alot of odd things around which arn't really there in real life, like the paintings I mentioned, and I also see a mirror at the bottom of my bed, instead of a wardrobe. I also seen 70's style chairs to the right side of my bed, and once 3 of them in the living room?
Is my brain interpreting the wardrobe as a mirror?

Thanks for reading.

A lot of things happen when you perceive out of body- you are perceiving with your energy body, instead of eyes, etc.  So the usual mechanisms that filter reality for you are not 'on'- things like 360-degree vision putting things where they don't go- this is known as 'reality fluctuation', (you can do one experiment while in-body:  Lower the light in a room, walk into a room without focusing on anything (on a diagonal is better) and quickly turn your head about 180 degrees (or from right to left) while still moving.
If you do this right you may see just for a second a view of reality that you know is not right- Just for a split second.  If this can happen while awake and aware, imagine not having a physical body that tells you what is up or down, right and left, or colors, for that matter.  We see colors in RTZ just because we are perceiving the color spectrum waveforms and turning them into what we know they're supposed to be.
Then there is the role of the subconscious in your perceptions.  If at any point your subconscious (who is usually in charge when you're in an altered consciousness) takes charge, and it will interpret what you see energetically- also known as the 'alice in wonderland' effect.

A lot of weirdness can happen in your perceptions because you are not perceiving with the body, but are used to interpret your perception with your brain, even if you're in the 'most physical' part of the astral, the RTZ or etheric.

Thanks for that explination, so in a nutshell, I see black and white because it is dark in the room anyway? And I'm going to see strange things cause I'm new to this, and the brain is finding it difficult interpret what things "really" are.

I say I'm new to this, but I was blessed with the opatunaty to go to the place that Robert Bruce calls the "Buddhic Dimension". I think this helped me to accept life after death.

I know what you mean.  My bedroom is painted bright yellows and pinks, and somehow I end up in the same place as you.  Its my house, but it's not, you know what I mean ?
I love projecting, but I'd been reluctant because I'm not sure where I'd end up .

Recently though, I ended up in that place again.  I was so scared but I faced my fears.  I saw a man walking down the hallway got scared and closed the door on him.  I manned up and opened the door and changed my attitude towards it, like F this ! I shouldn't be scared of this and I saw a scary looking dude, blinked my eyes and said "HELLO I LOVE YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU" hahaha, turned out he wasn't so scary afterwards.  I still rushed back to my body but, after I conquered my fears, it's not so bad anymore (:
