need help

i'm looking for some begginer ki technuiqes, I can very barely form a ki ball but a cannot do a ki flame if you will please list it here as well as other technuiqes.
         i've tried doing a couple of ki attacks and I could feel it working the first one i tried is called the final Kamehameha and it worked but I didn't get the desired effect, the second is called star dust attack this i felt worked less then the final kamehameha but i could feel that it had worked a little, any help would be great thanks.

Kamehameha was the first Hawaiian king to unify the Hawaiian Islands. Did you learn these things from a Kahuna?

lol. no I don't know any kahuna's well i know one big kahuna but haven't spoken to him in a long time but anyways.
     I got the technuiqes off of a cartoon called dragon ball z and then adapted it the way ki realy works, also I guess those technuiqes require more energy then I have or more then I can store in my ten tien so that could be the reason why I barely felt the second one work, because I used so much ki in the first one, and I would realy apreciate some begginer technuiqes like the ki flame cause i don't realy know how to do it not to mention what it's use is.

Note: the disered effect for them is pushing me back not making an explosion.

I think I've been influenced by animation art over the years.

Once, a hypnagogic vision showed me a multi-armed figure doing what looked like a kata exercise will all the arms going at the same time. That lead me to visualization of a multi-armed figure holding swords, and that lead to a tornado of razors. I like the simple idea posted by Taysin, a colored sphere.

Although this is all internal visualization, and I try simple energy body visualizations such as described in Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce.

One of exercises in Astra Dynamics is a simple internal tactile energy flow that is similar to a Ki focus motion, usually before and after an exercise, described in this quote,

"Shomen-undo: "Shomen Exercise." In hanmi, hips shift forward, hands move up to nearly head height, before returning down, then the hips shift backwards."

that sounds like a hip hop dance lol. no disrespect intended, but I like the Idea of ki energy but I need some sort of idea of how to visualize the energy entering the body and the motions for when it is released, also there is a deity in India with several arms I think his name is shiva. maybe thats what you saw course it wouldn't be a deity but rather some other entity.

Okay I'll see what I can find here, thanks, by the way I've not had any dreams lately, wonder what that means but thats a topic for another time and place so I won't fret

      also see if you can remember the movments and duplicate it while visualizing it, And of course seeing as you don't have that many arms just visualize those arms that you don't have in that position on your body and just duplicat what movements you can, it might lead you to some new technuiqe.

Edit: I sent a review to get it unblocked now All I have to do is wait (something i'm not good at.)

but anyway what is NEW is it exactly like Ki I don't realy see a differance.
