Lighten

The last few days I have been experimenting with the Wake Back To Bed method. WBTB. I might not be waking up early enough, but i wake up 1:30 hours early and then stay up for a half houre and set my timers and go back to bed. I have found it takes me to long to get back to bed (15 min.) and then once I fall asleep even if the time wakes me up I am way to lazy to try and project.

Whats works better for me is to wake up 3-4 hours early or 2 hours early a few days in a row, and then doing an afternoon nap session. (being tired in the afternoon) The reason this works better for me (I think) is because I am an extremely deep sleeper and doing it in the morning I just fall asleep. But in the afternoon If I am tired enough I can take a nap but still stay motivated enough to try and project. I still have not projected fully yet but have had the most vibrations and what I would call "astral dreams", where I am not aware of dreaming but its not a normal dream, like walking around my house.

It would help me out if anyone who has success with this method could only comment on how many houses of sleep they get and when they try to project.

Thanks
