I was just wondering if some of you could help me out. Just wondering what is the most easy way to project for yourselves.. if you have any tricks or tips for me.

I have been interested in obo for a few years now i have been trying. The closest ive got was 2 nights ago but it kinda freaks me out im laying in bed trying to concentrate but it seems like someone is sticking a blanket over my head its just goes really black freaked me out the frist few times but i ignored it my last time. Is this normal for it to feel like that. But 2 nights ago i was starting to feel really numb and my hands felt almost like they were floating but just couldent get any farther.. I am planning on trying again tonite.

So if any of you have any tips or tricks that make it easy for you or for your first time it would help. Thanks

I've experienced the "switch" to a darker shade of black while in meditation... I'm certain that that is a sign of progress towards AP. Same with the floating hands.

What I do, which has got me to several OBE experiences... meditate before you go to bed at night. It gets your body in that "mode." Don't worry if you don't go into conscious projection. Go to sleep and wake up an hour or two before the sun comes up... meditate some more and fall back asleep. Everytime I've done this I've fallen straight into a "controlled spontaneous" projection or at least the vibrations in the paralyzed state.

Before I started meditating I could rarely remember dreams... now I'm having OBEs and lucid dreams all the time. The more you meditate the more you train your mind to observe on a moment-by-moment basis... that'll carry into the sleep state and you will remember things more vividly.
