Hey folks,

When I've been going asleep at night recently, the more I let my mind wander the more relaxed my body becomes. I try not to let it wander completely as then I just fall asleep. Just a quick question regarding indicators that the body has fallen asleep. After about 20 mins or so I get a very strange sensation as if my excretery organs ( as diplomatic as I could possibly put it ) suddenly without warnnig completely relax to the point that I'm not sure if it's me that stops them from doing what they do best or if it's some auto function of my body. Then it's as if I'm no longer connected to that part of my body and it feels kinda numb.

From thinking about it, if this happens to everyone every time they go to sleep could it correlate to the falling out of bed sensation that you get just as you begin to drift off?

Also when performing energy work in the past I've come to and my whole body is sweating which never happens to me when I sleep normally. Is this a normal side effect?

Lastly in the interest of honesty, I've never projected myself although I try on a regular basis. Last week I thought I did it for the first time, saw my body on my bed and put my hand through the glass face of a book cabinet but alas it seems it was only a lucid dream as when I came to the room I was in was nothing like the room I saw in my 'dream'. I did seem to enter the room after the whole rushing wind sensation I get when I doze in the morning.

Anyway any thoughts would be very welcome.

When I do Energy Raising and Chakra Stimulation for a long time (or sometimes not even that long), my body would get more and more warmer, so...

Since you saw your body and you entered the room "after the whole rushing wind sensation," I would say that it's more likely that you were OOB.

Thanks for the reply Prophazuh! I'm not sure it was an OOB though as the room I was in was nothing like the room I was actually sleeping in. It seems like it might have been more of a lucid dream than an actual projection as I was thinking about it a lot before going to sleep. Do any of the indicators I mentioned ring a bell with you. At the point at where it goes asleep do you notice any strange sensations in your body? Thanks for the reply.
