Has Any Astral Traveler Brought Back Something Physical ?

Hello Astral Travelers,

I sense good data is here in this forum about experimenting with what is possible to do with Astral Traveling.

Going to the astral is extremely entertaining for me.  When I discover I am out, it is such an adventure to see what I can do out there.

Being out about 20 or more times, I know I can grab things or create things in my hands.  One time I just thought of a plastic cup, and it was created in my hand.  That is not spectacular, but it is easier to do than in reality.

My question is if I can bring it back with me into reality?

I ask this because of an exercise I heard about in which a person leaves their body to grab a coin and then drops back into their body.

I wonder if this exercise is just about going to the astral extremely quickly to make teleporting work.

REQUEST:  When in the astral the next time, try to drop a astral object onto your head chakra of your physical body or drop it onto your stomach chakra of your physical body.  Then see if you wake up with it in reality.

This is my experiment to try when I am out next.  If anyone has good results, please email me or post here.

its a matte of telekenisis. one who moves objects in the physical is actually half out of phase, that it, theyre aware of the astral. they actually move the astral counterpart to the object rather than the physical.

i suppose if your mind is well trained and oyu put enough energy into creating an object, it could be done.

You know, I have never heard about this happening in the present time but Monroe mentions in his 2nd and 3rd book of future and past human races that exist on planet earth that create food this way.

I have no way of validating this but it seems reasonable.

I have tried this before, but I havent been able to do it! Once while OBE I got thirsty and went into my kitchen and drank a glass of water. The next day the glass was just where I had left it during my OBE, but idk if this counts!

Are you sure you were OOB? That's pretty wild

This is a really interesting topic, though it seems impossible IMO. Still, i'm interested to see any progress in this at all

I got interested in OBE's and stuff when I first got proper access to the internet, like early 2000. My thoughts at the time were that I would stumble upon advanced spiritual groups that would be able to do things like that.

To this date, I have found no convincing evidence of anything like telekenisis, teleportation, proof of ghosts or extra terrestorals... etc... Yeah I've seen interesting stuff but nothing that has left me mind blown.

Its a shame really.
