Hello, brand new to astral pulse here. I'm "fairly" new to actually practicing this sort of thing, although I have been researching it for a very long time. I seem to keep hearing about all of these diffrent meditation techniques and wanted some input about what works best for you guys. I want to experience deep meditation and astral travel very badly. The other night I was trying a breathing meditation and got to a point where it literally felt like I wasn't breathing at all, there was no breath or anything and I started to tingle all over, anyone explain what that was to me? Why I didn't feel like I was breathing?

It wasn't a bad feeling, it's just that I felt no breath.. Speaking on that, are you supposed to think about breathing while your doing it or what?

Forgot to mention, I would also like to meet my guide but I have no idea how or where to begin in doing that, any help?
