Ok this is really annoying, I've been trying for a few months for now and still no luck :(
I lie on my bed at night before I sleep and just try to clear my mind and try to keep my mind awake.
But still nothing happened until now :(

What to do ?

MikeMk

Wrong way...
Typical case

Firstly you should try just right after awakening
For example, try this just 1-5 times and you will receive OBE

Err... wouldn't say it's "wrong" but it's harder to develop.

You're not doing anything wrong - you're trying to OBE right?

That's what's important! Maybe you need to change what you're doing, though. Read up on ways to get into full-body paralysis (a trance state). I don't know that much about OBE, but I'd say it's the first step.

Yeah I want to OBE. I just want anything close.
I've never experienced anything such as AP,Lucid Dreaming or anything similar :(

I'm not really sure how vibrations are suppose to feel, is it the numbness ? or something else ?

I used to write down my dreams, but nothing changed ... so i quit.

I tried Brainwaves (IDoser) but it only gave me headaches.
I tried IsoTones and got nothing ....
I think the Headache Relief tone had some effect. But I'm not sure.

The OBE (30 min) IDoser track works for me. It takes the full half hour though. If it gives you a headache, just turn the volume down - it doesn't have to be that loud anyway.

Just make sure you lay/relax still, don't move at all (not even your eyes), and just relax. You'll know what vibes are when you get them  :-D

What are you doing now, besides laying there and trying to keep awake? Do you have any kind of routine?  What happens, do you fall asleep, or do you wake up?

SoulsNirvana

I tried Astral Projection and many others, but none worked.
I keep the volume low, so that's not the problem. I get my killer headache the other day after I wake up. And I really don't wanna try IDoser again :S.

Most of the time, I just lay down and think. Then after a few minutes later, I try to think of nothing and try not to move.
I fall asleep without knowing it.
Some other times I listen to my iPod.
Today I had a dream and thought "I hope this just a dream... No it's not ! What should I do now ?"

Do you mean techniques?  What techniques?

A few minutes is not enough.  You have to relax, go into trance, and get to the point of falling asleep, and then go into an observer state.
QuoteI fall asleep without knowing it.
If falling asleep is the problem you need to add meditative techniques to keep you awake and aware at the same time.  If this is too difficult then go with Mike said- Do it early in the morning, about 2 hours before it's time to wake up.  The trance will come easily, and you will most likely won't fall asleep because you already had enough hours.  Plus, the morning time is the best time for REM, which brings visuals quicker.
QuoteSome other times I listen to my iPod.
If this means music, I don't recommend it, because music brings associations of memories, and defeats the purpose of keeping you awake.

SoulsNirvana

Mike:Ok I'll try that after awakening, thanks.

CFTraveler:No I was talking about the IDoser Astral Projection "dose".
What I meant was, I lay down and think for a few minutes, then start and try to relax. And it's usually for around an hour.
I try to meditate on my bed every night, but nothing ....

CFTraveler

I don't recommend (or practice) meditating on bed at night, because that's where you're supposed to sleep- the same reason why health practicioners always tell you not to read in bed.  If you are fighting programming to do one thing, you might give yourself a sleeping disorder.  If you have another place or position or time to do this, it'll be better in the long run.
That's why I like the recliner and the morning.
