Astral projection, inside our minds?

So I was wondering...do you think the reason it's so...electrical and vibrational is because this is inside our heads? yes it's real and true, but do you think we ever actually leave our minds? I mean if we did that...we wouldn't be able to think...Perhaps all humans minds are connected?

The electrical and vibrational energy you feel is the seperation of your energy body from your physical body.

Our mind leaves the body not the other way around.

I mean if we did that...we wouldn't be able to think...Perhaps all humans minds are connected?

All matter exists as energy in various higher dimensions. And since people are made of matter an energy duplicate exists of our physical body as we speak. We only need to transfer our awareness to it and then we can use it similar to how we use our physical bodies.

Not just human minds are connected but everything in the universe is connected.

But who knows, maybe it's all just in my head.

Our mind splits when we project. leaving our consious mind and allowing our projected mind to wonder. so technically our mind leaves the body but it doesnt. but for the most part they energy mind leaves the body when projecting.
