Okay so over my months here I have read a fair few exiting methods, now of which don't seem to work for me, I have only experienced full sleep paralysis this week and find it incredibly easy to get to that state, but what I want to know is...

Whats the best technique for you?
Do by not Doing.

Well for me I don't try to hard or worry to much about the whole process. I think if you just relax, stay focused (and awake!) it will happen. For me once I had the vibration on about five different occasions they became easy, so when I started to have the vibrations again I just focused on  rolling out.....Can't wait until the next time, for me its usually a week or two....Good luck.

There's a problem with your question.  :)
It's how the question relates to *YOU*.
Simply put, it doesn't.  :)

What I mean is that everyone here could tell you what exit technique works best for them, but it won't help you in any way.
This is because what works for everyone is completely different than what will work for you.

May I ask a question?
How long did you attempt each exit technique before moving onto the next?
You should give each one a minimum of a few weeks before moving on... I'd say a solid month of each before you write it off as "not for you".  :)

I give them a week each :)

hmm, the best method for me (and ive tried almost everything) is probably the most simple.  Just watching myself enter sleep...holding on to a strand of a consciousness.
