Yeah, there are several, but if you have some sort of crazy, dysfunctional, uncontrolled OBE what good has that accomplished, other than you had some wild trip that you couldn't explain? There are consequences to any shortcuts that we try; keep that in mind.

A successful, controlled OBE takes time to achieve and is a wonderful, significant accomplishment in any persons life. It requires preparation on many levels: Physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual. And it's not like we have a dashboard with green lights to show us everything is ready to go. Some are naturals at this, most are apparently not, myself included. My advice is to continue with traditional methods; you'll appreciate the results. I'm not suggesting 20 years of Buddhistic meditation, just research this site and look for the clues in your current attempts,; it's all there. It just requires patience and perseverance.
