I've been trying to do these two things for as long as I can remember and yet I have had no success. I don't understand what I am doing wrong or not doing.

Are there people out there who can lift objects with there mind and how exactly do they do it. I've read about it so much and the information is not all that consistent. I can imagine doing it but that doesn't actually make things move. What is the difference between someone who actually does PK and someone who just imagines it? What is the Psycho kinetic doing differently?

CFTraveler

I'd say, go for the easier stuff first, which is AP.  I know many people who can do that, but I don't know one person that can actually do PK.

zareste

It's theoretically possible. I'm pretty sure normal PK uses the spirit anyway

Psychic19

Thank you for the advice CFT. Trust me I've been TRYING to AP. I'm just not myself in my dreams, I don't know who I am but I'm not doing anything I'd do when I dream. Its just so frustrating that I loose myself when I go to bed.

As far as PK I heard that those who do this use Clairvoyance at the same time. So I guess you need that first.

CFTraveler

If you're so inclined, projection practice can lead to clairvoyance.  How that connects to PK is lost to me.  One thing is to be able to 'see' the nonphysical, another is to affect the physical with your mind.
I have done pk experiments while out of body, but it has not translated to pk in the strict sense of the word- it has translated into manifesting, which is another deal, I suppose.
Of course, I also suppose (and this is pure guess/extrapolation on my part) that using manifesting techniques for the purpose of manifesting pk could work for some, if they can become openminded enough.  I don't know if I'm so equipped, I certainly have too many hangups to even try.

If you're interested in PK this website may be of help to you:

Have you tried using a psi wheel as practice?  I know I've put no time into it.  I need to but I just don't really have the time with practicing AP and meditation already.

Psychic19

CFT I really really need to get out of this Physical reality if only for a few minutes. There are so many questions I have that can not be answered from where I am. I need to answer them myself and not rely on the words of other Projectors. Can you please tell me what it was that got you Consciously out of your body the first time?

Dust I have a Psi Wheel. It isn't the mind that spins it. If anything the mind gets in the way. You spin it with your life force. It is not real Telekinesis.

Consciously, the desire to remember what it was to be alive and not in the body.  Even though it was something that happened to me occasionally, I did feel the need to remember how it was, to know you can exist out of body and be you.

If you mean how, I did the MAP program, and got out in thirty days (the program is set to ninety).

Psychic19

Yes I need to be out Consciously and remember it. I need to know that I can still be me without this body that I'm not to found of!

I'll look into the MAP thing thank you!.

want to know how to move things huh?....thats easy....dont think of doing it.....do u think of lifting up your arm to grab the glass of soda you left on the counter?...no you just go and get the glass....

the way i do it is feel the object move, or expect it to move. and start out light....this kinda thing builds itself up like a work out does for muscle strength. so treat it as such...
