Greetings dont know if anyone still reads these but I have recently been practicing conscious asral travel with good results my goal is to be able to use this concept and to add telekenisis to it I am practicing with another so we can get confirmations easier said than done at times I have been doing this for over 15years now I am now 47 if that gives you any ideas I have been open to most things metaphysical since the age of 10  if you have any ideas how to do telekenisis during a consciuos astral travel let me know in the meantime I will continue to practice and hopefully help a few of you ... Do you mean projecting while conscious (as in exiting awake)? Or something different?

Do you mean, projecting, separating, and then interacting with your astral environment using telekinesis while projected, or do you mean affecting the actual physical environment so that someone else can see something happening?

I have projected to teaching places (dreamstate/astral schools) where I have gotten lessons on telekinesis (more specifically bringing things to myself) as well as other things such as 'forming' structures- a psychic once told me these were actual lessons in manifestation in the physical (not TK per se.)  Hence my confusion and curiosity as to what you mean.
