Astral sight and your body.

Could you please tell me, when you experience astral sight and you look at your body, what do you see?

My dad said he saw many small points up his arm, like mini-chakras or meridian points whatever.

Okay i do not know how other people saw it but this is what i saw. When turning back to look at myself i saw a radiant light but it is not an entense light. Sort of like a sphere surrounding me which must be for protection as i always protect myself before attempting to project. I also saw little fine fibre like things being on my body. What they are i have no idea (maybe it is astral fibre). You do not see much though. What i also saw was that my silver cord is centred in my forehead.

Which i saw as a i cant really say silver. It looked more like it glows with lots of tiny infinite stars.
It was dark when i watched myself maybe that is why it looked so good but it is quite scary to see yourself lay there the first time

Hmm, I've read two sources about 'fibers' that come off the spirit form. Were they going outward infinitely? Carlos Castaneda said there's always a luminous bubble around the body, fibers going out infinitely (another source says they're electromagnetic), and he also mentions a small orb a few feet behind the right shoulder

Hey there. Yes they were like tiny fibers going outward infinitely. It looked as is my exists out of a tiny universe. This is how my whole body appeared. The source you are talking about. Tell him that what he saw was not an orb but an external energy source that exist outside of us. This (orb) energy source outside of us is what i use to drain energy from to enhance projection times. No they are not mental attachment points they are the energy fibre our mental body exist out of.

I've actually had two distinct things happen...

The first time I ever got out, I looked back at my bed and only saw an imprint of my physical body lying there.  I couldn't see ME.
One time after that, I kinda got stuck.  Everything was out except my shoulders and head... the rest of me that was out was floating a bit above.
Anyways, what I saw floating there looked like me... but it was glowy and silvery... strange experience.  LoL

I have never seen myself. I think it's cause I'm still a bit scared of doing that so I just don't see my body. I either am so excited to be out that I don't bother looking, or I just see an empty bed - which is why in the past I thought I'm not really projecting but just walking around strangely and got annoyed and lay back down, lol.

Well i saw my body a few times and I was seeing it, but I was feeling it too.

I turned around and looked at my bed.It was my body, but I was seeing it like it wasn't there or I wasn't seeing it like it was there.I can't describe the experience but the point is that i saw my body a couple of times.

I could barely make out a body at all. It was like I was suspended a couple of feet over my bed on my back with my legs and arms in the air, as if I had slipped and was falling backward. It was very hard to move. I could almost make out my 'astral' body. It was transparent like glass or water, but I could barely make it out. It was almost like I felt where my arms and legs were, so I was just sort of picturing them where I felt I should see them. I was at a strange angle, but I could see my 'physical' legs under the blanket on the bed below me. I remember not looking too hard, because it freaked me out a bit.

What I remember most was the sound. There was a loud rushing sound throughout the entire experience. It sounded just like when you let the water run over your ears in the shower.

Well, The first time I projected. The first thing I did was look back at myself..Bad idea lol... I saw this blackish grey glow I got scared and returned back to my body

I've looked at my body quite a few times. Usually it is blue and somewhat clear. When concentrating on the hands I notice it can be either transparent or a very thin/moderate skin color but still mostly transparent. Usually the first thing I see is my legs exiting from my physical body and drifting upwards. the head separates last so I usually get a good view of the color of my legs. try focusing on parts of your astral body and you will have some interesting results.
