What's really going to happen in 2012................

To me the other side in the dream world where dream minds meet and create realities is almost like an insane asylum.  People are all working out ideas and crazy thoughts and wishes and pain all in one area.  So you never know if what you are getting from other people are conscious thoughts or just mindless stuff.  But what stays there should stay there. 

That's why I don't trust channeled information, even from my own experiences.

I don't believe in channeled information at all.  It is too unreliable and twisted by the mind of the channeler. 

Nobody can really know the truth except themselves and their own inner truth.  You can't rely on what others tell you about alternate realities.

You sound just like me about a year ago. I was positive nothing was going to happen, how could these idiots believe 2012 was going to be any different from any other year.

But as I began to do more research and after talking with 'psychics' that I trusted and people from the government, I found that something in fact may happen. Then everything I began to hear and read started to make sense and fit together. So, before you tell people that you are absolutely 100% freakin sure nothing will happen, try putting in a couple hundred hours of research first and then see if you still have the same perspective.

But what exactly is going to happen? How can anyone possibly know (accurately) what is going to happen in the future?

All i can say is WOW! I am new to this forum and actually all astral stuff, but this sounds really spooky!
I live more in the presence and future to a maximum of a few months than years. Never think of years ahead of me, all i heard and thought about 2012 was the movie 2012 and this surprised me very much! It's quite fascinating i have to say. I mean December 2012 is very far, and yet so close! I am certainly going to keep an eye on this thread! I hope to see some more info here

Yeah, I have been hearing about this stuff since at least 1997, and from the sources I could find, there has been information around since about 1979 at least. While these ideas may be exciting, however, I would caution you to to be open, but discerning. There is an incredible amount of disinformation surrounding this date, and it is difficult for a normal person to ascertain what the real truth of the matter might be.

You should ask yourself what authority a source you are reading cites, and what motives or interests they have to guide them, as well as how rational and consistent they are.

Haha, normal person!  It's hard for any person to find out what's going to happen during this next decade!

I had a dream with an entity that I have never seen before and he told me that over this next decade more and more people will begin to lose there memories. It will peak in 2012 and then last throughout 2017. Only people that practice meditation and energy body development will be immune to the effects of memory loss he explained. I then asked him if other entities will take over there bodies? And all he did was stare at me... He looked very concerned.

Regardless any news on 2012 is good.

Although, I have survived Y2K, Bird Flu, Mad Cow, 9/11 and Swine Flu. 2012, Here I Come!

Having all my friends and family lose their memories is the last thing I would want to hear. It's pretty strange because I have never heard that theory before but it does make sense if some space/time/energy phenomena where to hit the solar system it would obviously effect people's brain and energy body.

I guess we should just be ready for anything...

Indeed, the main possibilities are...The flare fries the earth and just ruins everything generally, The flare isn't amazingly strong but does give people radiation and spread cancer, maybe memory loss?

Or, nothing happens and we're all fine until the next "2012" or "Y2K".

Yeah, I think I would be careful about taking everything we experience when in contact with our subconscious literally. Some exchanges may actually be communications, but others are likely to be effects of the state of mind that we are in to achieve trance/OBE type situations, and reflections of our own psyches. It comes with the territory of practices like this.
