Franks Focus 3 After Death

Would it be safe to say that when we die, we arrive in this place called focus 3 and this is where we see our loved ones? what happens if they have moved on to Focus 4?

From my understanding of his Focus levels... Focus 4 would entail returning to the "Oneness".
Don't worry, you'll see them all again.  :)
