My first ever OBE from trance!

Hi all! 

Anyone who has read my posts knows I have never projected from the hypnogogic state, I always either project from dreams or from the hypnopompic state. Before now!

I just had my first OBE(s) (three in a row) from the trance state. I was having hypnogogic imagery, and I was being drawn in... but as I was drawn into the scenarios, I could feel the bed still beneath my hand... I kept focusing on it. Then, suddenly I was in sleep paralysis, which I love now because I can project 99% of the time from this position. I panicked a bit at first, listened for voices then thought... oh bother, I'm not going to be scared, so I stifled my fear and thought of floating up and having an OBE.

And I did! I floated up towards the ceiling, opened my astral eyes and floated over to the floor. Gosh, its hard to steer in etheric projections, at least for a newbie like me. I saw my body on the bed, which I don't always, but it was there this time.  My vision was pretty grainy though, I had to keep using "Vision NOW" commands. There was also a foreign dresser there for some reason, one I possessed when I was extremely young. Anyway, I'm sure I was OBEing though, because I was 100% conscious and everything else was the same. I launched myself over to the door, and missed the door handle a couple of times, but eventually got out. When I got out I asked to see my spirit guide, but I lost consciousness at this point and I could feel myself returning to my bed, and I heard the voice of my boyfriend's spirit guide, who does on occasion visit me.

Then I had a couple false awakenings, went into sleep paralysis two more times and had a brief OBE each time.  The last time I rolled out and willed myself to my boyfriend's house. I could feel myself traveling somewhere in the darkness (I didn't have vision the last two times for some annoying reason) and I "landed" somewhere, but since it was dark I couldn't tell where I was though I COULD feel my boyfriend's energy and I could feel a futon bed like he has! Yay! I did it, if only I could have been able to see it.

Is there anything more effective than stating "Vision Now" while having an etheric projection? Cause that doesn't always work for me, lol. I have crystal clear vision in my astral projections, but etheric is a lot more difficult to navigate I find.

Anyway, the only real eventful thing about this is that its my first ever hypnogogic projection and I sure am proud of myself!

Congrats sounds like fun. I have always used the phrase "Clarity now" to get my vision going. I guess it's the same thing as Vision now though.
I almost could have had a projection this morning from hyponogogic state as well, but as I started to see and hear things I heard someone in my house physically and it woke me up.
