Totally had an OOBE last night...

Every Jan. or Feb. I embark on a several month long period of spontaneous OOBEs, with about two per month on average.  Last night was this year's first one.

I stumbled out of my body and immediately fell to the floor.  I tried to "stand up," but immediately fell down again, as if I was recovering from general anesthetic from surgery or as if I had the serious spins because of being drunk.  I slowly tried again, and stood up.  Everything was gray/black, so I said to myself, "Astral vision," as my "sight" materialized.  I saw my body lying there in bed (not too shocking, as this wasn't my first barbeque as they say!).  So I thought, "OK, hmm, what should I do?  Where should I go?  (I hadn't prepared ahead of time with an itinerary).  So I decided to pay a visit to an old girlfriend to see how she was doing (nothing lurid on my mind).  I felt the rush of movement, and found myself at her place.  She was there and we talked for a couple of minutes.  We hugged, agreeing to be friends.  Then I said goodbye and tried to shoot up through her ceiling, but I banged my head on her ceiling!  I was embarassed.  So I just thought of "home," felt the rush of movement again, and found myself waking up in bed.  Anyway, I just thought I'd share the experience here since it's a website dedicated to this phenomenon.  Thanks for reading.
