Why is APing less difficult for some people?

This morning I had about 3 lucid dreams (1 main one and two subsequent 'false' awakenings - which never fool me for long these days ) and I managed to turn all of them into pretty stable and wonderful astral projections. What's strange is that this isn't uncommon for me at all for me, I usually have a projection (or more) every morning and I rarely try to.  My boyfriend, however, has been trying every night for several months and has succeeded in one brief RTZ projection thus far...It got me thinking... why does this come so much easier to me and not to him? He began practicing well before me, but I just picked up on it a lot quicker than him for some reason.

Do you think that conscious astral projection is a natural talent (like math, music or art) or is it all dependent on energy levels and how loose your astral body is? I know its possible for everyone to learn it eventually with practice, but why do you think some people have it happen to them easier than others?  :?

Maybe your past life has something to do with this? :?

I think sleep paralysis is the key to have an OBE.
Find out how you can achive it and you can project.

I bet some of us may have been spiritual masters in past lives.

I'm reading William Buhlman's book and he was able to see some of his past lives at will, as you guys have the ability to project already why don't you give it a try? that would be really interesting to hear, that's one of my main goals when I finally get an AP

I have been speaking with several individuals about this while out of body. Believe it or not I have been a scientist / artist (for many years) / Shaolin priest / Philosopher / inventor during Greece and now a computer scientist.

One of the men then explained what I did in the future. I then left this planet and explored this galaxy (in a ship) for about 1,000 years. I then came back after exploring all of the planets in this galaxy (in the future) and now live on earth again. This confirms the conversation I had about 3 months ago with the being that claimed to be me from the future. He had told me that he has been to 'all' of the planets in this galaxy and now resides on earth 60,000 years from this time. And since that time I have had a 'voice' that is always with me and has become a part of me.

It can be pretty mind-boggling sometimes... So, I try not to think about it!

wow! you've had great past lives, they're all kind of related, same as W. Buhlman's lives, do you know why is that? I've never really thought about the future, sounds interesting as well, but as for the voice, I think I'd go crazy, lol!

I can't wait to find out what were my past lives like and why exactly did I chose this one, like what am I suppose to fix or learn specifically

They are related in the sense of knowledge and wisdom. It would seem that my 'higher self' has been fascinated with the creation of this universe for a very long time.

Our past lives as well as future lives all play a vital role in understanding our present life.
