I found this link in a post of our Adrian's, which I think was here. Although two of my spiritual goals are to awaken my inner psychic abilities (which are at the moment very much dormant) and astral travel, my top is to successfully astral travel while actually being aware that I'm out-of-body... I know one of these books has some info on astral travel, but I'm wondering which one would help me develop my ability to astral project the most. These books are pretty expensive, and I don't make that much money to get them all at once or anything like that. I'm relying on replies from you guys on here who have read these books to help me pick the right one. Has anybody read these? Which should I buy book if I want to learn to astral travel from them?

Thanks Vitriuvian. I hope something of this book I found on OBE4U will help in some way. I've been trying to AP for 3 years since 2007, though I don't plan on giving up anytime soon.

The entire endeavour is fascinating. I myself have had only marginal success, just enough to keep me returning to this forum on occasion.

I'm convinced there's something 'missing', some x factor, that is undiscovered as of yet that allows for OBE experiences as some people never get the hang of it, but some people have hundreds (or more) OBEs. Following the directions of what works for them hasn't worked for me.

I believe this (the missing x factor) is key because I wasn't following any of the advice I've read when I had my two little APs. I was actually doing some chakra focusing techniques. So I suggest you are on the right track by not giving up. You need to find what works for you.
