Too much energy!!!!!!???

After I lay down and try to AP, get to the vibration stage, make my vibrations stronger, then fail, I seem to have too much energy in my body. I'm usually shaking and for the first few minutes after I open my eyes it's like I'm seeing half into another dimension?
I know it sounds weird, that's basically the only way I can describe it, I see how another dimension 'vibrates' and how ours 'vibrates', and I can't see properly.
Also, sometimes my head will hurt extremely bad  .. I assumed this was all because of too much energy, what do I do?

Sounds like you're doing fine, except you're "pushing" it too much.
Just let things flow naturally.

Also, make sure you're grounded AND centered.
