pubic line?

I read about the subnavel storage center in the NEW Energy Ways material on the astraldynamics.com website and it says that it's located between the pubic line and the belly button. I'm not sure what the "pubic line" is, and I'm a male. Nothing on the internet I could find on it either. So what line is it talking about?

It's where your pubic hair starts. The sub-navel storage center is about 2 inches or so below your navel, maybe a little lower or a little higher depending on how big you are.

My sensei always told us to take the first two fingers on each hand and stack them... then place them below your belly button.
