wow, I had a similar experience. I awoke halfway into a exit, to find my right arm in the air as if i was holding it up.

I relaxed even more and this made me exit completely. I dont really remember the accual projection

Thanks for the reply ICWiz. It is interesting that we've experienced the same thing.

Would anyone else whose experience body parts floating key it in here??? And what did you do to bring you to that state?

Sincerely,

Celestial Sounds.

I have many time experience this. Sometime it is just my leg. Sometime it is just my arms. Sometime both. The weirdest would be my whole body 90 degree in the air supported by my head.

I don't do anything when doing this. Just plain relaxation.

Also have anyone tries to see their astral arm in this condition? Mine seem like black/greyish transparent shadow...

Wow Celestial, sounds like you have the natural tendency to OBE.  How many conscious exit experiences have you had?  Do you expereince much fear?  And finally, do you remember having OBE experiences as a child?

I like to ask these kinds of questions because I am interested in studying individuals like you who seem to have a natural knack for releasing your projected double.

Hello All.

Thank you ICWiz, ame, and PeacefulWarrior for your replies! [:)]

That is interesting AME. Especially how you do this only with regular relaxation.

I've never really looked at my astral arms to see what they looked like. Once I was at about the corner of my room- at the ceiling and the wall, but I didn't have a body. I was just an awareness. My astral body was up in the air, floating above my physical body- which was lying on the bed. My astral body looked like a whitish-light bluish haze in the shape of my physical body, or vice versa. It was a very definite shape though. It was hovering in the air on it's back.

Hey PeacefulWarrior. I am not sure how many conscious exit experiences I've had. To say 20 would not be beyond what I've had.

I do experience fear. It is not as strong as what it used to be, and it is down to the point where I can actually cause experiences now and be relatively calm.

I've had several experiences as a child. I first became aware of astral projection by getting up from bed and looking back to see my body still there. That was my introduction. I have several memories of floating to the ceiling. It was very interesting. Most times I'd just lie there and float up, and wait for whatever it was that was happening to bring me back down. It seems like after about 5 minutes I'd float back down. I'd hear a click upon exiting and entering.

I hope this helps.

I may have a natural knack. I know it started very easily. But for the most part I think that people have an idea that it is harder than it actually is.

Take care all, [8D]

I was up early in the morning because I went to be early from being up late the day before. I got sleepy early yesterday morning and decided to practice. I lay down and relaxed thiking to let my body get real heavy and lifeless- to really just let it go. It was a bit scary for sometimes it felt like I was just going to let my body fall since I am so used to having tension in it.

I finally relaxed well and just kept on relaxing. I was intent on relaxing until I projected. I fell into a dream after some light imagery came, and I came aware because I realized that my left arm was up in the air. I was like: Why is my arm in the air? I wasn't holding it up; it was just in the air. Then I realized what was going on.

I was lying on my back, and figured I'd turn over to my stomach in my astral body to further prevent re-coinciding. I had both arms in the air and kind of started spinning in the air. It felt like I was underwater, the feel of everything, and my arms were weightless. I managed to get my upper torso turned down, but I still caused myself to reenter by being to cautious and nervous I would end something.

KP advised me to just move. Just do it! I'll try that next time.

Take care,

Celestial Sounds.
