Hey. My name's Nina. Some of you have probably seen me lurking around the forums some. I have been on here for a good 2-3 years. I first found out about this site when I was researching astral projection for the first time. I have been trying to project for 3 1/2 years, with no luck.

I do energy work (Robert Bruce kind) from time to time, about every other couple of days. I also work out physically 2-3 times a week (I even walk home from school, and that's a good mile there). I don't think I'm doing too much wrong. I am also an epileptic, although my last seizure was 3 years ago and I since I was diagnosed with juvenile grand-mal epilepsy, I have been taken Levitracitan(sp?), which I take twice a day, morning and night, daily. Call me nuts but I have a hunch that the Levitracitan might be preventing me from having a full-blown 100% conscious OBE, which I have been aiming to get for some time as I have said before. Unfortunately I have no way of getting off of these stupid things (I hate having to rely on unnatural remedies such as pills, although I am in no way an addict to anything) as I am pretty much on them for the rest of my life.

Other than astral projection, I am also currently studying the Law of Attraction and Chakra Healing. Hopefully I can start talking to you guys more instead of keeping to the shadows. See you around!

I'll tell ya what, start a new thread in one of the Astral Projection sections outlining what your current method is for practicing and we'll see if we can give you some pointers.

Welcome to Astral Pulse. Of course it can be frustrating to be unsuccessful after trying to AP for 2 years. But don't give UP! Many people have had OBEs months and years after first trying to induce them. An OBE can occur at anytime including when you least expect it!
