I still having trouble with OBE But still feeling way different.

I guess me being excited to AP then it's not working even though everytime I try it the vibration seems way to strong then before. I've wonder if each day I'm closer to achieving AP can anybody give me a different tip?

I personally suggest that everyone should try Phasing (http://www.astralpulse.com/frankkepple.html), as I'm finding it to be the easiest method / model out there for experiencing the non-physical.

In which case, I'd suggest reading that link I post and giving it a shot.  Then read my post I made outlining several of Frank's posts that he's made that has helped me understand the process of Phasing even better than his (above) resource.  :)

What are you currently doing as your AP method?

what I'm using for AP method is the "try-to-sleep and forget-that you're doin-it method sorry about that and the old method which is lying on my back and dream of me flying.

LoL Call me slow, but I don't think I've heard of that particular method.  :)
Could you describe it a bit and explain what you do at each step?

I picked up this method few days back and this is the method that I'm mostly trying to do. But I'm still having trouble with it.

[Note: I recommend using a MindFold and foam Earplugs. If you don't have a MindFold, you can use a sleep mask or bandanna. These create a "make-shift sensory deprivation chamber" which really helps me.

Forget your technique.

Forget that you're trying to project.

Intend to go to sleep.

Listen for ringing/whining sound in your ears.

Feel trance sensations.

Stare into the blackness behind your eyes.

Hold this state as long as possible. This is the Quiescent Mind State, I call it Q-Mind.

To get an idea of what this Q-Mind is like, imagine seeing lightning in the sky. After it flashes, you stop to listen for the subsequent clap of thunder. In that brief moment between lightning and thunder is Q-Mind. You are completely still and your mind is completely silent and focused, all your attention directed to listening.

Look into the blackness and imagine you just saw lightning and then you listen to the ringing in your ears, waiting for the thunder.

Don't fret if you doze off.

When you get close to projection the exit sensations will rouse you.

Wait for vibrations. When they come you will instinctively know how to raise them.

Leave the body.

I'm going to try the phase method today. combine it with this one and see if it works this way.

way too complicated, in my opinion.

I think what he was trying to suggest is a passive form of meditation where one simply lays there completly inactive mentally and physically while holding on to a tiny thread of awareness until his astral body gets loose enough to jump/fly/shoot/lift out of the body into the ether zone.

However, I'd like to add some don'ts:

Don't wait for or expect exit sensations.
Don't wait for or expect to raise your limbs out of your body.
Don't desire to leave your body.
Don't believe that the vibrations are necessary for you to leave the body. I know this because I've projected out from my forehead without any kind of vibrations other than a physical earbuzz.
If you feel any kind of pain or disturbing sound don't fight them, accept them and let them go, then they can't disturb you.

In truth passive meditation is really the easiest, most direct method of projecting, the real difficulty however is that the mind is tempting and encourages overcomplication.

Nobody can be expected to practice OBE induction methods EVERY day no matter how motivated they are. Believe me because I tried that for a few weeks and then found that I needed to take a break for a few days.
Actually the intention along with a conscious and unconscious willpower to go out of body is AS or MORE important that going through the motions of practicing everyday. Maybe say a few affirmations during waking hours everyday. An affirmation could be, "I intend to induce an out of body experience Tonight", or "I reaffirm my intention to have an OBE tonight." Something like that should work. You can create your own affirmation (s). Whatever feels and sounds right.

Thanks guys for the good tips I will try what I can but one thing is that everytime I try to do it my vibration sensation is why higher like a beeper type of vibration it's crazy I feel like I am one step ahead of APing.

I didn't believe this stuff up untill a few weeks ago....I went on many years thinking it was some sleep disorder, maybe it is...but anyways. It just started out myself waking up and not being able to move or talk. Over the years i would start to feel a vibration during this.  Now it gets so intense, It feels like my veins are gonna burst. Then I started to sit up and stand up (oobe or physically did...not sure). My last experience, I shot straight up into the sky, looked down at the clouds then woke up.  Im a noob in all this...but based on my experiences, I would have yes to your question.
