Hi, I'm new and just registered here this morning.

I'm new to Astral Projection and been learning but with little success but keep trying :)

I've been able to Lucid Dream but not on command sadly lol but I wanted to learn to astral project and I THINK I may have nearly projected last night but wanted to ask to make sure.

I got into a deep meditation last night which is rather easy as I've been meditating for years and let my body relax and got rid of all tension within my body until a point I couldn't feel it and within about 30 minutes it felt like my body was making sharp and fast rocking motions but I wasn't phsyically moving if that makes sense so I went with the flow.

After that, my right side of my head started buzzing, sounded like a swarm of bees or White noise and then it felt like my body was being pull upwards but pushed upwards at the same time. I was focusing on the living room at the time which was the direction I was facing.

But after a while I got scared and opened my eyes fast but then felt dizzy. Is it possible that I may have nearly attempted to project? And that I was being pulled towards the living room?

at the time as I was being reassured by my guides and angels that I shouldn't be afraid of it.

sounds pretty close to me.

did you feel like you actually floated above your body at all?

when i project i seem to almost involuntarily float up then I have to use an exit technique like rolling over, doing a somersault or standing up.
be awesome.

It felt like my body wanted to but felt like it got stuck half way, I guess that it was becoming scared which made that happen, I know I can't be harmed but I'm finding it hard to overcome fear and being nervous.

I agree, you were practically out.
Yep, you have to overcome this fear of the unknown to get yourself out.
Just think of it like this:  You already project when you sleep, you're not aware.  Now you can do it aware.
Good luck next time.

Thanks for answering my topic, I'll be attempting again tonight if not to tired.

I also wanted to ask as well, is it possible to meet my soulmate during astral projection? I have not yet met him in the physical but very aware of his love and pressence spiritually.

personalreality

that point when you feel stuck, try to roll over or my favorite, do a backwards somesault
be awesome.
