I'm new here :3
I registered for a different forum but the administrator has to approve registrations by hand, because spammers attacked, and so I never got my activation email yet :/ I got impatient and just registered here.

So, I want to learn to astral travel because I suck at it and I need help. If I ever did, it was by accident. There's been some times where I was dreaming I was somewhere in the house but I think it was just a dream because not everything matched up. I never have normal dreams, they are always surreal unfortunately :/. recently I had a dream where I was going up the stairs, I'm not sure if I was walking exactly, and I got heavy or something (my normal weight though; I was light atfirst) and fell (wow howd I fall xD) and woke up. Was that one I dont know...maybe atfirst I was dreaming but then I was really was on my stairs?
I just reallyyy want to learn how!

Oh, I just wanted to add that technically it's been around 2 years since my first try...not that I tried everyday since my first try...

its helpful if you get in a routine and stick to it, allows you to better train the subconscious

oh yeah, I got a list of methods today, I think im going to pick one.

that's a good idea~ some people have problems because they try a bunch of different techniques and don't stick to one and get frustrated because they find they aren't making progress since they're trying too hard and not letting it just happen.
