Audio Subliminal Messages

There are some things that I want to change about myself (I mainly want to try and become less shy) and I was thinking about playing audio subliminal messages on my computer to help make the changes. It seems like it's pretty easy to make audio subliminal messages so I was going to make them myself because I don't really trust the ones that you buy online.

Are audio subliminal messages effective?

But seriously, why do you think you need them?
If there's something about you that you want to change, just put the actual effort into changing them.

you could try listening to the hypnosis sessions, i've tried one for public speaking since i had a few orals to do at school, and it i found that i actually did a lot better (nerves-wise) than previous orals, maybe it's just a placebo effect but that's good enough for me.

I will definitely put the effort into changing things about myself.

There are a few things that I've been trying to change that I haven't really been successful at changing so I was hoping subliminal messages might help me make those changes.
