Building ahead...

Hello everyone...  I've posted here before but my account
got deleted or something...  anyways....

Basically what we have here is me building my head using
synchronicity and strange forms of magick i've invented, know pun intended 

And I've been doing this for about 2 years.... I can now go into a daze with eyes open and see the deepest most brightly colored geometric fractals imaginable...far better than LSD or Mushrooms...but of the same nature in appearance...
...and also see what look like ghost people or animals pretty much everyday or whenever i want really...   I can also see UFOs quite clearly in the sky day and night....

just wondering if anyone else does this....  and also wondering if this would help me to achieve astral projection  or shamanic journeying...
I don't know why but I have a feeling this visual gift i have would really help shamanic journeying more than astral projection as I have attempted both many times...

if you have control over your focus enough to induce these 'visuals' when you choose, then the ability should certainly help.

shamanic journeying is really similar to what they call phasing.

You seem to gain access to the astral realms at will. It does indeed help you while shamanic jouneying, but it also helps all aspects of phasing.

To phase is to progressively change your focus from this realm to other realms with an intent. Continue with your practice and get used to have a firmly stabilished goal in mind. That makes the whole experience more productive and gives you better grounds to affirming to yourself your experiences are "real".
