The Yoga of Time Travel (by Fred Alan Wolf)

Has anyone read this book? I cannot put it down. It gets deep into quantum physics and how it relates to time travel and our minds, as well as our perception of reality. I strongly recommend it to anyone (quantum physics isn't as intimidating as some might think). The author makes the concepts behind quantum physics readable and easy for anyone to understand.
